Military Ministry Gift Cards: Now until June 22nd, CrossPointe Church and the Military Ministry will be collecting funds to provide our active military service members gift cards as a way to say “Thank You” for their service. The cards will be provided before Independence Day. If you would like to help, please note this on your tithing envelope and if you have any questions, please reach out to Duane or Sherry Mallicoat.
Military Ministry/First Responders: Have you ever served in the United States Military or are you a First Responder? If so, CrossPointe Church & the Military Ministry would like you to stop by the welcome desk or see Sherry or Duane Mallicoat. We would also life for you to fill out a military questionnaire. We support the U.S. Armed Forces and all First Responders & we thank you for your service!
Baby Bottle Campaign: This is a reminder that if you have signed out a baby bottle for First Coast Women’s Services, please make sure to fill & return it on or before Father’s Day (THIS SUNDAY.) Every life matters, every penny counts. Thank you.
Since 1918, Guidestone/Mission Diginity has been able to help provide assistance to retirement aged Southern Baptist ministers, workers and their widows. They serve about 2,800 individuals each year by providing needed financial assistance to help pay for housing, food and medical cost. Because of this help, these servants of the Lord continue to live with dignity, independence and, often, the ability to continue serving. There will be envelopes provided to the church on June 22nd, if you are able to provide a donation, fill out the information along with cash or a check to Guidestone and return it to us or you may mail it out directly. Building Fund: Consider helping CrossPointe Pay down our building mortgage. As we all know we still have a mortgage left on our Sanctuary/Gym complex. We have begun to make quarterly payments directly off the loan principle. How can you help? As the Lord leads, consider providing a Building Love Offering. We thank you for your consideration.

Riverboat Dinner Cruise: The Young @ Heart Dinner Cruise is June 21st,. IMPORTATNT: PLEASE READ: For those driving individually, the location to meet is at the Halifax Harbor 125 Basin St., Suite 140. Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Please arrive no later than 12pm at the Harbor. For those riding the Vans, they will leave CrossPointe at 10AM. Any questions, see Johnny Thomas.
Oscar Orisca has shared with us some news of what is happening in Haiti and with him directly. Recently, his home has been burned and looted with him only able to salvage little that was left. There is still a lot of unrest and danger for the children we have been helping. They need our continued prayers & support. Oscar is planning a trip next month to Haiti and is going to enter via Dominican Republic. If you are able to assist with any donations to Oscar and Haiti, I am sure he and the orphanage appreciates it! Thank you!
We are still collecting small toys for our shoeboxes, like trucks, cars, deflated balls with pump, small dolls, jump ropes, small puzzles, small games, Sunglasses, Flashlights & Batteries, Small Journals, Fishing Gear, Flip Flops, Ball Caps, Deck of cards, Flash Cards, Small Hammers, Combs, Hair Bows, Fidget toys & make up for teen girls.
Make sure that the items you choose will be able to fit in a shoebox and drop the items off in the back of the sanctuary. Any questions, please see Annette Kuhrt.
Men’s Recognition Breakfast: Saturday, June 14th @ 9am, there will be a special men’s breakfast where we can celebrate you! There is a sign up sheet located in the church foyer & we hope that you can join us for this wonderful fellowship & great food. God bless you!
Fifth Sunday: Sunday, June 29th, we will be having our Lords Supper & Benevolence offering during our Sunday Morning Worship Service ! 10:15am. During our evening service @ 6pm, we will be having an evening of praise & worship through music. Come on out and sign praises to our Lord. If there is a special song that you wish to sing, please see Prince Byrd.
